Mash went well. Mashed low: ~65-67C for an hour, ~69 for 30m. pitched ~0.7L slurry @21C, possible bad quality as it came from the bottom of the pitcher. |

Added ~0.7L Juniper tea, 40g crushed juniper berries boiled for 5 minutes. Berries added in hop bag with tea. Dilutes abv: 4.86 to 4.68%. |
