pH was 5.35 (aiming for 5.5; probably because we didn't edit the oL in our grain bill). Used brewersfriend calculator instead of bru'n'water, liked it more |

really good, a bit too smokey, but hopefully it mellows out (it has in the past).
Still too sweet for a stout, no noticeable hoppiness (not that we were trying to be hoppy). Really really dark in color. |
