Was just over expected OG at ~4.7 gallons. Added ~.5 gallons to top up and landed at ~5.1 G and an OG of 1.048. Which is fine since this is supposed to be a low ABV beer. |

Steeped 1/2 lbs of Flaked Oats in 1 gallon of pre word (Brew liquor steeped with 12 oz of Black Malt diluted to 6 Gallons of water.
Total steep time 12 mins at ~155 deg F.
Sparged with 1.5 L of warm water, squeezed bag to finish.
