WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Adjusted original recipe from 5 to 6 gallons. Also replaced Tettnanger hops in the original recipe with German Tettnang.

Steep grains at 150 F for 30 minutes.
Add DME, LME and bittering hops and bring to boil
Boil for 45 min
Add flavoring hops and irish moss
Boil 13 minutes
Add aroma hops
Cool to below 80 F
Add water to obtain 6 gallons
Add yeast and aerate
rock and roll

Adjust priming sugar based on final volume to be bottled

This is yet untested. My first batch got a bug and turned on me AGH!
