Sample tastes really good, boil off rate was really high need to account for that next time.

Tastes okay, a little apple like and tart on the finish but not much else there. Hazy as fuckin fuck. Give it some time and if it doesn't improve we'll throw in some gelatin and spice it before bottling. Transferred to a 1G growler since the bucket was needed for a starter. |

Damn stopper got knocked out of the growler at some point and it got partially oxidized. Still can tell it would have tasted decent. Mixing its current state with a stronger beer gives a better final product. Maybe look at just adding a few gallons of apple cider to an existing beer recipe and spicing it for a holiday type beer. |

Not so terrible after some age. This should be revisited with care given to storage. |

Can't get over the apple flavor, just reminds me of acetaldehyde and isn't appealing. |
