pitched yeast slurry this morning 7 a.m. slurry was from lawnmower lager i just kegged 2 day ago. 34/70 yeast and pitched 2 pints of slurry about half of what came from lawnmower, temp was 51. some kruasen at 5 p.m |

shook keg at 12 psi then raised to 16 and shook for a minute then raised to 20 and shook for maybe a minute or less. 10 min later first pint was all foam but decent beer. within 2 hours and 3 or 4 pints it was drawing very nice beer, a little hazy but not bad. this is first time with soft water and it has made a huge difference. beer is quite tasty now |

beer is very clear and tastes really good. creamy white head floral, herbal smell and good malty taste with just enough bitterness. best beer ive made except maybe the dunkel. ph control and low mineral water really made this beer.tasted at 41F. might be the ideal temp. turned temp down to 37F. |
