bought grain from AIH, ended up being 62.17 (including 5$ shipping)


5.5 gal @ 171 F + 21.9 lb @ 72 = 153 F mash
added grain in slowly so it got too cool

- @ 151.9 F @ 60 min after trying to raise temp to 153 F
- @ 151 F @ 20 min, pre stir
- @ 149 F @ 0 min

got 3.25 gal first runnings
4.25 gal second
4.75 third

first sparge @ 162 F, 2nd probably a little higher, both 12 min

added in an extra 0.5 gal in bk after sparge to raise water volume
