My favorite hefeweizen recipe. Basically a slightly hopped up Hacker Schorr. See description in my blog at link below

1.4 gal (5.6qts) absorbed for 10 lbs grain. --> 6 gal boil (24 qts) = 24+5.6 = 29.6 - 15 (mash, 1.5 qts/lb) = 14.6 qts (3.6 gal sparge)

15 qts infusion mash at 163 = 152 mash temp.
