Much easier once you know what you are doing.
No stuck sparge, floated the grain in with 5L of strike water in first. Fly sparge was easiest, matching the slow dribbles out of both nozzles was easy. Was worried early on as the sparge water was coming out at 1.000 after about 10L. Didnt need to worry i guess.
First runnings around 1.080, so partigyle could be an interesting option one day.
Did it with the kids around too, wasnt too difficult at all.
