WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Fermented the beer in the primary at 56F for 2.5 weeks. Secondary fermentation at 58F for 1.5 weeks. The beer had a slight fruity/cider taste when bottled. After sitting for 4 weeks, the beer was smooth with a hint of sweetness.
