Forgot to rack to secondary.
Didn't check for consistent refractometer reading before bottling. Refractometer isn't calibrated yet.
Refractometer BrixWRI was 1.016=4.2deg Brix.
Used typical wort correction factor of 1.0 (haven't actually calculated mine yet) |

Used 32g honey (boiled).
Got way too much air in the beer while siphoning into the priming sugar...
Lets hope it tastes OK. |
