Pitched 400ml of 3 month old slurry and one packet of non-rehydrated s04. Mr malty says 3 month old slurry requires 1000 ml so i threw a packet in without hydrating it. All indications from previous batches is overpitching on a small scale like ours is not an issue. |

Didnt cold crash or gelatin. Just curious... this thing way under attenuated. Yeast must have been too old and should have rehydrated the yeast. |
