1052 instead of 1042, don't know what happened there. Everything was measured/weighed. Looks quite dark going into the bucket, hopefully will clean up. Added twice as much Irish moss, put some in the hop sack and some in the boil.
To be racked around 17/2 and add the dry hoppings for 2 weeks. To be bottled around the 3/3. |

Hops added in hop sack. It'll get 16 days minimum due to work instead of 14.
Very nice yeast cake, bright and clear beer. |
