Temp around 46-47F slowly rising to 50-51 after 2 days. |

Active fermentation began with krausen developing in the afternoon.
Maintaining fridge at 9.4C with beer staying around 50F. |

Lowered fridge temp from 7.9C to 5.8C
Sample tasted very good. Crisp and hoppy. Very pale, a little bit cloudy. I couldn't detect any diacetyl (not really sure what it's like though). No excess sulfur either. |

Raised temp. Fermentation appeared to start slowing. Temperature only got up to ~54F. |
