Notes

This beer is an attempt at a vary traditional ESP, using mostly British base malt (maris otter) and British hops (Kent Goldings). The use of Northern Brewer as a bittering hop and a tiny bit of Saaz as a flavoring hop will hopefully provide subtle character-building flavors as well.
