Mash
grains at 160 F for 60 minutes. Add wort to LME wort, return to boil, add chinook hops; Add 0.5 oz crystal hops at 30 minutes; Add Irish Moss at 50 minutes; Add 0.5 oz crystal hops at end of boil; Add coffee at end of boil (2oz HyVee House Blend prepared in 16 oz H20 hot filtered)
