Started water strike water heating of 4.5G at 10:36. Hot tap water started at 130 degrees. Grain temp is 82 degrees. Added pumpkinm it's temp is 75 degrees. Water at 174.3 at 11:05. Mash temp came out at 150. Added 1.0G of boiling water. Mash temp adjusted to 155 degrees. |

Plan for sparge. Draw off 1.5G of wort, add to 2.7Qt of water and bring to boil. Re-add to mash out.
11:35, temp 157-160. yay!
11:52, temp ~157
12:00, agitated. temp 153.
Added boiling runnings, and water. to mash out. Temp 165-168. |

12:35 First runnings of 3.5G. Added in 2G of 190 degree water. Mash temp was 173. |
