Notes

Make yeast started. Peated malt - 152 deg for 45' in ANVIL brew system. Sparge other grains and malt extract. Boil 60' adding flavor hops at 45' and aroma ones at end. Nutrients +_ I Moss last 10 minute. Wort chiller to cool. Add yeast starter. Plan to dry hop in secondary 3 d before bottling. May add 1 oz. of dark oak chips also for the final 3days. Measured S.G/ w/ refractometer was 1.067 .G>
