Appearance: Bubbles still seem large. Co2 not fully dissolved? Fluffy white head. Pale yellow color. Still not close to brite. Mild haze.
Aroma: Very fruity. Guava, stone fruit, Lime. Relatively clean even with yeast in suspension
Flavor: Above mentioned flavors but more focused on stone fruits and lime. Hops absolutely dominate. No noticeable fermentation character or malt.
This beer needs conditioning. Hopefully a week from now clarity will set in. |
