Notes

Hot start lager ferment. KO 60F and drop to 52 as soon as activity starts. Spund beer day 3 at 5-10 psi. Free rise with 5 plato remaining. Increase pressure to 15 psi. Add 1 oz motueka at KO. Add rest of dry hops in serving keg bagged with hop magnet.
