Notes

Planning to ferment under pressure. I brewed this on 1/16/2025 - I was close to my numbers, but I boiled more vigorously and I was short nearly a half gallon. I exceeded the postboil gravity by 7 points...so I guess I could have added the missing water, but I decided against that. I did not have the hops the Halfway Crooks team uses, so I subbed Saaz and Crystal and adjusted for the AA my hops had to get me to 37 IBUs - the original beer was at 44.
