WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

1.5 l yeast starter
Mangrove Jack's Hopphead Ale Yeast M66 enhances aromatics and esters, perfect for New England, hazy and fruit forward IPAs. Select enzymes improve aroma and flavor from late hop and fruit additions.

Foreign Extra Stout Tropical type has a smoother roast character with a high level of fruit esters. Mangrove Jack's yeast should work fine.

5 oz priming sugar for 5 gallons of beer. Bottle 1/2 and keg 1/2
