Notes

I used 1.8ยบ Pale 2 Row for a base, not Pilsner. Brewers Friend removed 2 Row 1.8 for some reason.

I'm a little nervous about adding the cinnamon and ginger spice. It's easy to overdo it here, so I'm trying to keep it relatively light with the idea that I can always add more to taste after fermentation. The ginger spice given here is powdered store bought McCormick
