Notes

Combo of an American Amber Ale and American Wheat Ale, but to session strength: Mostly to style guidelines of Amber, but with a majority (~65%) of the grist being wheat malt. Could also think of as an Amber Session NEIPA (just later-boil hops; may be hazy from the wheat and Kveik?). Using short mash and boil (30 and 40 min, respectively; no sparge), along with Kviek yeast for quick fermentation (as well as tropical flavors to complement the hops). Efficiency takes a big hit with the short mash, so mash longer or use more grain if you want a higher OG (I like session beers these days, so don't mind).
