Notes

Original recipe idea was at https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/1438938/black-ipa
I scaled it down to 5.25 gallons and then rounded ingredients to the nearest half pound with the exception of the of the Chocolate Malt which was 0.14 pounds so I did 3 ounces. I also switched up the yeast from a Kveik Ale to Safale 05.
I removed the water additions as well.
The hops were free for participants of the Brew of Good event and entering the Alpha Kings competition.
