some particle-like white film has appeared on top and the taste is soury and bit off-flavorish. I take a risk and keep the batch, just so see, how it turn out. Added campten tablet and yeast stopper and let it rest for a few days. Then I siphon it to a new fermentor for clarification. To prevent oxidication, I force-carbonated the batch with my beer gun to pressure the air out.
Tested out the sample by adding some sugar and it turned out quite okay. Maybe if it matures a bit, it might turn alright |
