Notes

A07 Flagship yeast from Imperial used for fermentation. Beer fermented for 14 days, with dry hops added to beer after 5 days. Transitioned to keg and carbonated for 2 days at 30 psi, decreased to 12 psi for 3 days and then ready for consumption.
