Fermentation obvious from about 3pm yesterday. By 10pm, rigorous fermentation. This morning, healthy krausen and great fermentation. |

Nice taste - very much in character. Balanced sweet malt with gentle hop bitterness.
Raised temp to 17C, fit pressure lid and pressurised minimally |

This beer ended up clearing too much for a Kellerbier - pretty crystal clear actually.
It was delicious - one of the best beers I've ever made. Drinks like a Vienna Lager. |
