Notes

Adjusted from original recipe

  • added Perle at 60 minutes to bump IBU (hops had lower than expected alpha acids). Increased 20 and 5 minute saaz additions to hit IBU (rather have more saaz character than perle)
  • Added 3 ml lactic acid for mash PH target
  • Additional oz of carafa for color
