Notes

Sour Mash: 3 Days before brewing take 3 oz 2-row and and add to 150 degree H2o and cover. Add to grain bag on brew day.

Steep wheat and dextrin in 3-gallons of H2o at 152 degrees for 30-mins.

Remove grains and rinse into brew pot. Add the FW hop addition of Styrian Golden hops, malt syrup, and dry malt ext. Bring to boil. Add Magnum hops and boil for 60 mins with the additional at their time.
