At flame out, poured half into other kettle to cool. 2nd batch received 1.8kg of mango puree and brought to boil for 5 min before cooling. |

Both batches are nearly the same with incredible haze. However, both are very citrusy similar to grapfruit. Balance is a bit on the hops side and too citrusy for my taste.
Mango is non-existent except for more acicity and tartness in that batch. |

Also, noticed sulfure to chlorure ratio was 1:3 (inversed) |

Found out that salts were 3:1 Chloride to Sulfure...should have been the other way around.
everything is pretty bitter although mango is better and slightly more balanced. |
