Airlock smells great.
8 brix FG.
The London ale yeast made a massive haze(typical with highly hopped beers) and some banana esters. This would be much better without the caramunich and 60L.
Fruity and pine notes.
Smooth and drinks easy.
If I made this again I'd use 05 or 1056 yeast and add a bit more bittering hops.
