Planning to do a cereal mash based on, "Conducting a serial Mash", from John Palmer's book.
Cereal mash - 113F for 15 mind. Then increasing temp to 155F and then adding to rest of mash to complete mash step. |

Took a sample and checked gravity. Still some fermenting to go before ready to crash. Probably take sample on Tuesday and then crash for a few days and keg it around Thursday. |
