Notes

Split batch. Added 1 gal + 8 oz chamoy to 1/2

Other half. soaked 5 oz American wood chips in Cazadores tequila for 1 week. Added to FV for __ days then transferred to B1. Added 30 oz lime juice & 750 mL triple sec & ___ grams of pink Himalayan sea salt to Brite.
