Notes

Add orange zest to boil as per kolsch. Add oranges and concetrate to fermenter when fermentation slows, 3 to 4 days. When fermentation is complete, soft crash to 60 degrees, add hops and vanilla (1 vanilla bean split and scraped with just enough vodka to cover) and spund at 10 to 15 psi for 5 days. Cold crash then transfer to keg.
