Notes

Hops Notes:
For 15 minute Citra addition, add simcoe to citra to make 0.75oz.
Galena hops in whirlpool are not cryo.

Pitch 2L yeast starter at 70 degrees.
After 24 hours, lower the temperature by 1 degree every 10 hours until 64 degrees is reached.
Ferment 5 days (or until primary fermentation is complete) at 64 degrees.
Soft Crash to 60 degrees, add dry hops, and use spunding valve set to 10-15 psi for 5 days.
Cold crash then keg using closed pressure transfer.
