Only used 2.5ml acid to be on the safe side. Strike temp 71 gave mash temp 63. Calc said 76 strike which i thought was too high but it was right. Heated up to 68 |

Pg1.013, fermentation seems to have slowed down. Diacetyl level is lower but it does have a sulphury aroma which dissipates quite quickly.
Fg should be 1.010 as per 1.043sg |

pg1.012. Not sure if its sulphur or acetaldehyde but something is off a bit, maybe it needs to clean up as it should still be 2 points away from fg. Initially theres a sulphury aroma which fades and turns into a green apple flavour and taste |

Pg 1.011. Lost the green apple aroma and flavour but still very sulphury. Its got a bit of a sweet finish too, maybe thats from the malt but i would like a drier finish |

Kegged and added 10ml super f. Only got half a keg because ive been sampling it and didnt get as much on the brew day. Still quite sulphury, not really a czech pils, more of a heineken or munich helles if the sulphur subsides. Still not carbed enough so put 40psi on the keg. Not sure about the closed transfer to keg, it was sucking in a lot of bubbles but it could have only been co2 maybe from the floating dip tube not sealing. Need to make sure everything is super tight next time I use the chubby |

Been purging the keg the last few days and it seems to have got rid of the sulphur. Tasting really good, cleared up crystal clear, carb is maybe slightly low and getting some fobbing so a few more days and it should be good. |

Scored 38 and 40 in lager than life under munich helles category. Notes were that it was slightly too hoppy, slightly too much carbonation. Id make it pretty much the same again but up the abv slightly, lower the finishing hops and sort the carb out |
