Notes

First brew on my Brewzilla 3.1.1 35L 220v.

-First batch mashed at 65°C for 30 min; 68°C for 30 min;
-Mash-Out at 72°C;
-Fly Sparge at 75°C.

-Pre-boil Volume in Kettle: 26 lt.
-Pre-boil Gravity: 16 Brix refractometer ; SG 1.050.

Desired OG into ferm (Fermzilla all rounder 35l): 1.061.
Actual OG into ferm: 1.055

-Will ferment at 20°C with spunding valve set to 5 psi.

-FG 1.010 after 9 days.
