I was able to put 4 gallons into buckets to cool over night. |

Instead of 3 gallons into the fermenter I was able to split 3.5 between 2, 2 gallon buckets. Today was the first time hydrating yeast prior to adding to the wort. |

Transferred the beer into the second fermentors and added the chocolate nibs, dried chilli and the small amount of vodka used as a steeping agent. |
