Notes

I brewed this batch in a VEVOR electrical system on 10/09/24. In the last batches, I got 82% of brew efficiency. In my old all-grain home system I usually got 60% eff. This batch is the first one using Cellar Science yeast. My home water has 7.5 pH so when I used the BF's calculator and found out that using 132 g of acidulated malt was enough to reach 5.4 pH I quit any acid addition. Let's see how it turns in a couple of weeks, maybe 3 weeks and I'll post the result here.
