Bochet eucalyptus honey for 30 mins - turned quite dark and had a little burnt taste

Golden circle apple juice - 3L
3/4 cup black tea

  • 1/2 tsp malic acid

    Backsweeten - 275g Costco agave syrup

  • Ended up too sweet. Easily possible to go down to 150g agave syrup , or even less. Probably will do 100g next time
