I usually aim for 90ibus in this recipe, i was using some leftovers hence the strange quantity of hallertau.

this is a traditional British style bitter ipa with a twist, the rye gives it more bite and spice. great on a hot summer day or cold winters night

I normally mash this at 154f for about an hour
