Mashed into boiling water let drop to 86 ish and added 10ml of Deltazyme then let drop all the way down to 63 where I added 8 ml of ondea pro.
Was a stuck sparge for sure messy brew day not as good as rising mash |

Transferred to keg.
Quickest transfer in a long time.
Beer looked great nice and clear.
Has a malt sweetness to it.
It is a bit rough ATM but I'm hoping this melds into something nice in a couple of weeks. |

Nice Amber colours.
Has a great malt flavour and aroma.
Well ballanced lending more sweet than bitter.
This is a nice beer. |
