Notes
  • OG TTL: uses 5 hour mash and hop-back (hot wort passed through hops before being chilled immediately after).

  • Boil should be as hard as possible

    Process notes:
    1) Mash for 90min @1.5 qt/lb
    2) Boil hard for 90min, adding hopstand hops @ flameout for 15mins
    3) For fake hopback, do a 5 minute hopstand with lots of agitation before turning on the chiller.
