Atmosphere ferment at 84 F 3 days then pressure ferment until fermentation complete,
hold for 3 days then cold crash and lager for 1 week before serving.

Roughly 23L into 26L corny keg with 2L false bottom (short tube) leaves 21L of my favorite brew.
