Notes

“Frosty cold with a tropical breeze”

Dry Hops:
1) Add Mosaic Cryo Hops after 2 days of primary fermentation.
2) Add all other hops to secondary 3-5 days after primary and leave for 2 days then remove.
3) complete 2-3 day Diacetyl rest, then cold crash over 3 days and keg.
