This year, the green hop contained Bramling Cross and Cascade. More Cascade added than Bramling Cross this year. Alterations to recipe * Yeast Nutrients not added (S-O4 doesn't need them) * 1/2 tablet added to boil instead of Irish moss * 400g green hop added to whirlpool instead of 300g (I picked a lot) BrewDevil SS conical FV used |

Closed gravity transfer to corny keg. Beer tasted good. Lower bitterness than wanted but wonderful aroma of peach, blackberry and lemon. Taste was smooth caramel malt base with apricot and lemon finish. |
