Grain crush. Malt crushed using grain gorilla. Set to 1mm but inspecting crush, the malt is far too fine. Three handfuls of rice hulls added.

This year, the green hop contained Bramling Cross and Cascade. More Cascade added than Bramling Cross this year.

Alterations to recipe
* Yeast Nutrients not added (S-O4 doesn't need them)
* 1/2 tablet added to boil instead of Irish moss
* 400g green hop added to whirlpool instead of 300g (I picked a lot)

Closed gravity transfer to corny keg. Beer tasted good. Lower bitterness than wanted but wonderful aroma of peach, blackberry and lemon. Taste was smooth caramel malt base with apricot and lemon finish.

Notes

This is a session harvest ale. The hops used can be home grown. Add 5 times the dry weight amount for a green hop brew. Bramling Cross is normally ready to harvest before cascade, but I usually do a blend of the two hops.
