After carbonating and chilling, it tastes just a touch tart. Very light, with a very slight hint of burnt rice (from me actually burning the rice). Maybe next time add a touch of more colorful malt (Vienna, Munich?) |

Disappointing, but also not my favorite style.
Sorachi Ace hops have and odd flavor, with notes of dill.
If I would brew this style again, I would use flaked rice instead of cooked rice. |

2+ months later and I thin this beer is to style. I'll get some more feedback from others maybe at March THC meeting, but I think after lagering a while, it's what it is supposed to be. Michael McConnell said it is what he would expect to be served at a Japanese restaurant. |
