Notes

Goal is to make a wheat ale with moderate fruit aroma and taste, not just background flavor. Decided on wheat and sweet extracts to entice family members who are not too fond of beer. Planning on splitting the batch in half, and making 3 gal a tropical fruit, and the other 2 gal leaving as a plain wheat beer.
