added 2.8 oz of priming sugar to cask condition...will let it set for 7 days. added 10 ML of biofine to keg. |

tasted a little off at room temp...but was coming off the sample tap nice tight carbonization from the keg conditioning. put in keg to crash to 50 degrees. |
