Notes

Add 5lbs of Frozen Peaches in Secondary for 1 week. Test taste at 1 week.

Add 1.75oz. of Bubbly Peach extract flavoring at kegging.

I sometimes use rice hulls and sometimes I don't. Brew in the bag helps but I also have to squeeze the bag to get the most sugar out of the mash.


This beer is perfect. Note to self: Don't change a thing.
